Patience, Miracles

Well this week was TOUGH. We spend another day doing another split in Mapusaga, and came back to our area and just nothing was going for a couple days. It was pretty tough. My companion and I really tried to put in an extra effort to work with the members and it has helped so much! The members come in soooo clutch. We had a day FULL of Miracles yesterday, and found so many prepared people that should get us really set up for March!

We have 2 baptisms this week with Robert and Neti. Both people are just SO CONVERTED. Such an amazing experience to see these people make the changes necessary in their lives. Couldn't ask for anything more. God is good all the time. Also, Neti is another Tongan baptism!

Sorry not a lot of pictures this week

Tongan Baptism!

We had our first baptism in the Tongan ward! It was really awesome and for a 9 year old girl. Her whole family has been coming back to church. The beauty of baptizing kids is that it is an opportunity to reactivate the family as well. The father is an old high counselor and bishops counselor, but he bore his testimony at the baptism and it was amazing. I didn't understand anything because it was Tongan but the spirit was super strong. Hopefully I can pick up on Tongan.

Other than the baptism the week was a little slower, but the work moves on! We have a couple baptisms next week that we are really working for. I am soooo happy to be here in Samoa, the mission is the best.

I wanna eat Dog

This week was awesome! We started out with Zone Conference which was awesome, everything we talked about was exactly what we needed to hear. The Lords work moves forward. Also, we went on a split with the AP's, which is actually my first split I have ever done that was for me. It was super helpful and learned lots. Good stuff.

Jackie got Baptized!!!! Her baptism was amazing, and the ward was such a good help. The work is just sooooo much easier when the ward is helpful. We have such great members here in Samoa. We had an awesome dinner last night and the old lady of the family is a not a member but she accepted to read the Book of Mormon for the first time in her life. Her children were SHOCKED. Small and simple things.
